Control
over Conduct of Claims
|

| In litigations, clients
are expected to understand and agree that
Law Offices of Dr. Hassan AMIRSHAHI &
Associates will have general control and authority
over the handling of matters both in negotiating
a reasonable settlement in advance of or during
trial and with respect to the filing and conduct
of any litigation. Client is assured the right
to be personally advised of all significant
developments in the course of the firm's representation
and no binding settlement may be made without
client's express consent. |

In litigations, however, our
firm (Law Offices of Dr. Hassan AMIRSHAHI
& Associates) reserves
the right to terminate its services and
withdraw from any representation in the
event that the client, despite advice to
the contrary, engages or persists in a course
of conduct in connection with the matter
which the firm reasonably believes to be
oppressive, unethical, unlawful or unconscionable;
in the event that investigation reveals
the client's claim, defense, or position
to be unwarranted by the facts as applied
to a tenable view of the law; or in the
event that the client fails or refuse to
cooperate fully with the firm in connection
with the matter(s) involved.
